The fashion brand Neon Buddha contacted us to gain a better understanding of their consumer group in the United States and Canada. Based on thorough research, we defined the digital implementations in their e-commerce to present a more attractive offer and increase sales. In addition to a comprehensive digital audit of the website and social media, the initial marketing research focused on studying and segmenting the target audience in each country. The research outcome and following implementations led to an increase of 100% in website traffic in a 6-month period.

Toucan Insights was approached by City Express Hotels to analyze guest consumption behavior at each of the hotel's properties. As a result of this research, we implemented a new digital marketing strategy to increase organic traffic, with a focus on attracting non-professional travelers to the hotel chain. This resulted in a 100% increase in organic traffic, reaching 410,000
visits per month.
